Standard Air Knife cleans and cools using only compressed air.
Air knives produce a sharp, spatula-like blast that removes water and loose dirt from a wide area using a pneumatic scraping effect. There is no mechanical contact with the surface. All AIRMASTERS air knives combine high blowing power with low energy consumption and noise levels. In stationary applications, only open pipes are often used when blowing compressed air. This is an inefficient and energy-consuming method, because open pipes cause turbulence and excessive noise when blowing. To increase efficiency and reduce energy consumption, air knives should be used. All AIRMASTERS air knives optimize the use of compressed air and reduce turbulence and noise levels. This saves both energy and money.
